- 1-2 years of experience in creative industries in event organizers, local/multinational - Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Familiarity with production tools and processes - Responsible, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented - In charge in transforming digital journey and campaign ideas into creative assets - Develop creative concepts and work with the team to combine words and visuals - Plans the pre-production, execution, and for production & camera, sound, etc - Keep up on the latest design trends to implement fresh and cutting-edge solutions - Heading brand campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development of all creative content - Working with other creative leaders to set project deadlines and content goals
