- Create and develop designs for social media posts and other program or marketing materials as needed - Work closely with creative team to produce designs as briefed - Manipulate photo assets through crops, composting, and basic retouching techniques as required - Ensure all work meets client's brand identity and guidelines REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, or related field - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects - Experience in an agency environment is a plus - Visual competence with a keen eye of aesthetics - Skills in motion graphic and photography is a plus - Have a great taste in layouting and typography - Extensive knowledge in social media - Good work ethic & attitude - Able to work in a fast paced environment - Able to uphold a high standard for the quality of work
