- Administrative Support: Assist the project management team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining project calendars - Documentation & Filling: Organize and maintain project documentation, such as contracts, budgets, vendor agreements, and client communications, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date - Vendor Coordination: Assist with managing communications with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services for event activations - Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of event activation projects by updating project timelines, task lists, and status reports, and ensure all deadlines are met - Event Logistics Support: Assist with the logistical planning and coordination of event activations, including venue bookings, equipment rentals, and travel logistics for staff and clients - Post-Event Documentation: Collect and organize post-event feedback, reports, and performance metrics for analysis, ensuring thorough post-activation documentation - Have 4 year of experiences of related job - Can-do attitude - The ability to handle multiple project at once - Motivated, driven, collaborative passionate about his/her work - Meets deadlines and deliverables - Pays attention to details - Check for product, consistency, brand standards adherence, spelling, production concerns, and other errors - Strong presentation skills
