Qualifications : - Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology - Experience 2-4 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or Consultant, specializing in Salesforce. - Salesforce Expertise In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, configuration, and best practices. - Business Analysis Skills Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design. - Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels. - Problem-solving Ability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. - Certifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. Responsibilities : - Able to explain high level process flow of core CRM. - Able to explain function and feature in core CRM (Sales, Service and marketing Cloud Process ) And has exposure and knowledge on product setup and configuration. - Able to understand user’s requirements, and perform technical analysis, technical writing on project documentation (BRD, FSD, TSD, User and Operation Manual) and MOM. - Ability to translate requirement into flow chart of process flow - Able to Perform functional tasks assigned by project manager or manager such as business requirement gathering, analysis, basic setup and demo, testing, and training. - Ability to perform testing and provide training to users. - Filing and organizing project materials and project documentation - Able to provide a regular report to the manager.
