KEY RESULT AREAS : - Identifying, establishing and nurturing strategic fundraising with funders, donors, and other key stakeholders. - Working closely with the Relations Manager & Impact Lead to strategize a fundraising plan that showcases the foundations' programs . JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual, corporate, and foundation donors to support the mission and programs of LSF and securing financial resources to ensure the organization's continued success and impact.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Conduct in-depth research to identify potential donors and funders aligned with the foundation's mission and priorities. - Develop and implement comprehensive donor cultivation strategies, including personalized communications, invitations to events, and exclusive donor experiences. - Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring they are informed and engaged. - Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations and government agencies. - Develop compelling proposals that effectively communicate the foundation's impact and needs. - Plan, organize, and execute successful fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and donor appreciation events. - Develop and implement creative fundraising campaigns to engage donors and generate revenue. - Implement effective donor stewardship practices to recognize and appreciate donors at all levels. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and fundraising data. - Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, including progress towards goals, donor retention, and acquisition.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in community development, fundraising, stakeholder management, or a related area. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven experience in identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic fundraising with various stakeholders, including community organizations NGO; and corporating strategic Fundra sing with various stakeholders. - Ability to negotiate agreements and foster collaborative relationships that align with organizational goals. - Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
