General Admin (export / import include)

Requirements :

• We’re looking for someone who not only understands the export process but also brings an accounting background to strengthen compliance and accuracy.

• Your unique combination of analytical thinking and financial insight will make you an essential part of our growing export team — ensuring every shipment is smooth, strategic, and profitable.

• Monitor international payments, Letters of Credit, and related banking procedures.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, shipment delays, or regulatory issues.

• Provide regular reports on trade performance, logistics efficiency, and inventory status.

• Good understanding of export-import regulations, including taxes, PIB/PEB, and freight forwarding.

• Knowledge of export-import products, including their types and characteristics.

• High attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to develop and implement cost-efficient and compliant strategies for international trade operations.

Qualifications :

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Business or Accounting

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the export-import field
