Job Description:

1. Propose planning, coordinate, control and improve facilities.

2. Responsible for the smooth operation of the office starting from procurement, maintenance, payments and auctions.

3. Make plans for the work environment and provide input for changes to the work system

4. Create cost estimation for every item requested to procurement

5. Management of good relations with third parties, in the form of licensing, taxes, and cooperation with suppliers or vendors.

6. Manage contract and price negotiations with landlord, office vendors, service providers, and office lease

7. Building relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time

8. Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise

9. Make and process PO, approval & follow up to the vendor until the goods are received for internal purchases of companies and projects
