General Manager

Responsibilities
Pre-opening phase:

1. Manage and supervise all the preparation works to be completed on time to ensure the school will open and be operational according to the schedule.

2. Manage and supervise the construction of all physical facilities, both indoor and outdoor, including their supporting systems.

3. Prepare financial projections for the school for the first two years of its operation.

4. Lead the promotion and marketing activities of the school to reach the targeted market segment, using various channels, including social media platforms.

Post-opening phase:

1. Maintain and supervise daily all facilities to ensure they are in good condition and working properly, and whenever needed, initiate repairing works and other remedial actions.

2. Lead and represent the school’s relationship with the Dinas Pendidikan office and other relevant authorities.

3. Regularly coordinate with the school’s principal to ensure school curriculum and learning activities can happen without issues and in a safe and clean environment.

4. Supervise the work of the finance officer, administrative officer, security officer, and other staff at the school as guided by the director.

• Qualifications:
  Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant subject from a reputable institution.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a similar role. Experience working with an educational institution is a plus.

• A good command of English writing and speaking

• Mature, independent, and outgoing personalities.

• Proficient in using social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Proficient in using MS Office at a minimum. Knowledge of other office management software is advantageous.

• Maximum 40 years of age and living in the Greater Surabaya area.
