RESPONSIBILITIES : - Establish creative strategy, budgets & schedules for projects - Mentor, supervise & evaluate design team - Manage distribution and production of project workload within team - Manage and maintain record keeping of all projects - Managing all stores and client's design & completion - Ensure all designs are made in accordance with the principal brand guidelines REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field. - Proven work experience as a Senior Designer or Graphic Design Manager or similar Head of Art role with demonstrated accomplishments - Have minimum 7 years Experienced in working experience; obtained either through branded companies or creative agencies. - Expert in design application / tools such as adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, corel draw, etc - Having a good taste of design in premium /high end industry - Excellent communication, Creative, interacting and motivational skills - A willingness to work out of hours at times in order to help us deliver our projects - Excellent time and project management skills - Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines - Willing and capable to lead a team
