Qualifications - Open to fresh graduates. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is essential. - Experience in photography, videography, and illustration. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Keen eye for detail, color, and design. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team. - Passionate about TROPE Cosmetics, nail art, and the beauty industry. - Experience in nail art is a huge plus. - Must be able to apply nail polish. Social Media Management - Plan, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms. - Monitor and respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly. - Develop and execute creative campaigns to grow our social media presence. Graphic Design - Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, including typography, color palette, photography, and design systems. - Create marketing and sales materials, including packaging, social media graphics, leaflets, banners, and sales displays. - Assist with website updates, newsletters, and other digital and physical materials. - Design illustrations for nail stickers and contribute to product and campaign development. - Oversee production processes with precision and attention to detail. - Creative Collaboration - Develop project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with the brief. - Work closely with the team to ideate and execute compelling content and campaigns.
