Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree • At least 1 year of working experience as TKDN Admin/Staff in equipment company is required for this position. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. • Possess good communication and negotiation skills • Good knowledge regarding TKDN Regulation, employment and industry regulation • Maximum 35 years old • Strong in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint are must skills) • Good knowledge in English both oral and written Responsibilities: • Perform administrative tasks related to industry, employment, factory quality, and related documents • Handle administration related to industry, employment, factory quality with related government institutions • Manage and maintain employee records including personal data, work history and other relevant information • Process administration related to employee leave and permits • Support in the implementation of employee training and development programs • Manage and monitor employee welfare programs
