Key Responsibilities : • Content Creation: Develop creative and high-quality content (graphics, and videos) for social media, marketplace, and websites that align with brand goals and campaigns. • Brand Messaging & Voice: Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms and marketing materials. • Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with key campaigns, product launches, and industry trends. • Video Content & Short-form Media: Develop and produce engaging short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube. • Collaboration: Work closely with the other department to align content with broader marketing initiatives and objectives. Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, marketing or a related field is preferred • Min 1 year experience in related field. • Required Skills: Image Creation (Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrators), Video Creation (Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere). • Having photography skill would be a plus. • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into impactful visual content. • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and audience preferences. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willing to work in: Tambora, West Jakarta (WFO) • Please attach your portfolio or provide link for your portfolio Office Hour: Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.00
