Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus. - Experience in motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is highly desirable. - Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments. - Creativity with a strong sense of visual storytelling and a problem-solving mindset. - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a bonus. - Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices to create optimized assets. Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative materials such as branding and identity designs, illustrations, prints, social media content, and other visual assets. - Develop and present compelling design concepts that align with project goals and resonate with target audiences. - Maintain a high standard of attention to detail to ensure polished and professional visuals. - Adapt and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. - Uphold consistency across all design outputs, ensuring adherence to brand identity and messaging. - Proactively contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas and solutions to enhance creative direction. - Organize and maintain an up-to-date repository of design files and documentation for team-wide access.
