- Minimum two or more years experiences working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand - Familiar with OPERA System (Director, manager, FO receptionist, experiences host, boutique attendant) and Microsoft Office application literacy. - Familiar with food and hygiene codes, policies and procedures (Sous Chef) - Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions (Spa) - Possession of a designated level of technical engineering skill or knowledge and the - ability to keep up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise (engineering technician) - Knowledge of mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, cultivating fertilizing, watering and pruning operations of flowers, plants and trees (premaculture specialist) - Knowledge and experience in the purchasing and productions process and is equally versed in global distribution, and have critical problem analysis/resolution skills. - Good English literate, both written and oral. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative, energetic and positive individual. - Good command of English.
