- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Creative professional with technical skills and proven ability to use various software; Graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion skills graphics is a plus (After Effects). - Possess a strong sense of art, design, and layout ability, with a proven portfolio. - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to adapt style to fit a variety of target audiences. - Prior experience in an agency or in-house creative department is a plus. - Design online and offline assets such as icons, logos, posters, badges, social media graphics, templates, animation, Gifs, infographics, etc. - To conceptualize creative ideas, design, and layout to support all marketing activities, e.g., advertising, events, promotional activities, e-newsletters, presentation decks, brochures, annual reports, etc. - Create smashing and immersive interactive designs for clients and the company. - Responsible for the creative concept and design development of the company or client's campaign - Manage the execution of all creative deliverables in line with the project schedule and deadlines
