Group Leader Engineering

- Provide guidance, supervision, and evaluation for all subordinates, both technically and non-technically, within the scope of Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and Electrical work - Coordinate design planning implementation with Engineers and/or Drafters within the Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and Electrical fields - Create schedules for design planning completion - Follow up on design planning preparations approved by customers into execution drawings - Review working drawings, Bills of Material, and technical calculations submitted by Engineers and/or Drafters - Review and approve Time Sheets, monthly reports of Engineering Department staff, and other matters related to the Engineering Department - Evaluate the performance of the Engineering Department and propose improvement measures to be implemented in the department to management - Perform other tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with the scope and responsibilities - Conduct all activities in compliance with the MK3L management system based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015
