Responsibilities • Design, develop, and execute test plans for software applications. • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality. • Identify, report, and track issues or bugs using appropriate reporting tools. • Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand specifications and business requirements. • Develop and maintain test documentation and status reports. • Implement best practices for testing processes and product quality improvement. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in software testing. Requirements • Possess expertise in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Have 1-3 years of experience in software testing or a similar QA role. • Have a strong knowledge of automation testing tools (such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and testing methodologies. • Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Able to work independently as well as in a team. • Have good communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders. • Experience with software development methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum) is a plus. • Fluent in English is a plus.
