HCGA Staff

Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to orientation and onboarding of new hires.

2. Performance Management: Develop and implement employee performance evaluations, identify training needs, and build a high-performance work culture.

3. Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with labor regulations, handle grievance procedures, and maintain a harmonious work environment.

4. General Affairs (GA) : Manage office assets and maintain an updated asset inventory, Oversee office facilities, building maintenance, company vehicles, and utilities, Support company events, meetings, training sessions, and employee activities, Ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Qualifications :
* Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, General Affairs, or HCGA.

* Understanding of HR administration and recruitment processes.

* Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.

* Knowledge of office administration & asset management

* Experience using HRIS is an advantage.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Excellent verbal and written communication.

* Time management and multitasking abilities.

* Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
