What You’ll Be Doing
1.Create & develop bakery/pastry menu Innovate & upgrade existing products
2. Lead and manage pastry & bakery team
3.Maintain quality, presentation & customer satisfaction
4.Control cost & inventory Improve operations with management team
5.Ensure clean, safe & efficient kitchen
6.Train and develop team
Qualifications:
1.Min. 2 years as Head/Sous Chef (bakery/pastry)
2.Proven experience managing bakery operations
3.Strong baking & pastry skills
4.Creative & passionate in developing new products
5.Good leadership & team management
6. Clear communication skills
7. Experienced in cost & inventory control
8. Able to work in fast-paced environment
