• Work closely with the culinary team to create menus that align with the resort's target audience and showcase seasonal offerings. • Set revenue targets for food and beverage sales, with a focus on optimizing revenue from our in-house guests, while developing strategies to maximize profit and ensure cost-effective operations • Develop and manage the budget, ensuring that costs for ingredients, labor, and overhead are within limits • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the F&B offerings, develop seasonal campaigns, and increase visibility. • Implement eco-friendly and sustainable practices in sourcing, waste management, and energy consumption.
