Requirement : 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, exercise science, or a related field preferred. 2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a fitness or health club environment, including supervisory experience. 3. Strong understanding of financial principles (budgeting, forecasting, P&L statements) 4. Experience with sales and marketing strategies (member recruitment, retention, promotions) 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to motivate, train, and supervise staff effectively 7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 8. Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on member satisfaction 9. Ability to build strong relationships with members 10. Knowledge of health club operations, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and safety protocols 11. Willing to be place at South Jakarta
