Homeroom Teacher Kindergarten

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and standards.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.

• Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.

• Develop and implement classroom rules and procedures to maintain a positive learning environment.

• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.

• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and any concerns.

• Support the social and emotional development of students by creating a nurturing and supportive classroom atmosphere.

• Participate in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
