Homeroom Teacher

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at Gracious Preschool and Kindergarten located in Pekanbaru. The Teacher will be responsible for conducting classroom activities, creating lesson plans, assessing student performance, and maintaining a positive learning environment. The Teacher will also collaborate with other teachers and parents to ensure effective communication and student development.

Qualifications

• Female under 35 yo with a pleasant appearance and energetic personality

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

• Proven experience in early childhood education

• Strong knowledge of child development and educational principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Able to operate computer (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Can work independently or/and in a team

• Excellent in both spoken and written English
