Key Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok.

• Present Shaistanaya City products, promotions, facilities, and pricing.

• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and questions.

• Encourage viewers to contact the Marketing team or submit inquiries.

• Participate as on-camera talent for promotional content and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create content ideas and scripts.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Confident, communicative, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends.

• Experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or similar role is preferred.

• Creative, energetic, and able to engage audiences effectively.

• Knowledge of the property industry is an advantage.

• Willing to work from Shaistanaya City, Sidoarjo.
