HOST LIVE SUPERVISIOR

We're hiring for two positions: Host Live Supervisor and Operator Live Streaming, with the following general qualifications 

• Experience in Live Streaming: Familiar with live streaming platforms and technical aspects

• Team Management & Leadership: Ability to lead and guide a team of hosts or operators

• Problem-Solving: Quick to resolve technical or content-related issues during live broadcasts

Host Live Supervisor

Job Description :

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop engaging live stream concepts, create content calendars, and incorporate trending topics to maximize reach

• Team Management: Train,and manage live stream hosts, assign roles based on strengths, and provide feedback to improve performance

• Technical Operations: Oversee live stream quality (video/audio), manage equipment, and ensure smooth production with the technical team

• Audience Engagement: Implement interactive features, moderate live chat, and respond to viewer questions to boost participation and refine strategies

• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track key metrics, generate reports, and use data to optimize future live streaming campaigns for better results

Operator Live Streaming

Job Description :

• Set up and manage live streaming sessions for product launches and promotions

• Ensure high-quality video, audio, and seamless streaming for online sales events

• Coordinate with the marketing team to showcase products effectively during streams

• Monitor audience engagement and respond to viewer questions in real-time

• Troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure a smooth live shopping experience
