Responsibilities :
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Manage table reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate waiting list during peak hours.
• Coordinate table assignments to optimize seating capacity.
• Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with service staff.
• Handle guest inquiries regarding menu, promotions, and restaurant services.
Requirements :
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Hospitality background preferred).
• Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
