Hotel Operations Executive - Jambi

What you will do?

• Supports daily hotel operations (city-wide area) to ensure they meet RedDoorz Operational SOPs & standards.

• Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards.

• Works closely with hotel teams to improve guest experience and support property management and local marketing efforts.

• Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management, Account Management.

• Ability to supervise operational things in Star rating Hotel.

• A bachelor's degree is required, with preference for those in Hospitality,Tourism, or related fields.

• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in written and spoken English will be point plus.

• Availability to do business trip when needed.
