• Male/Female • Minimum education of Senior High School/Vocational School or equivalent; relevant educational background is preferred • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry • Good knowledge and skills related to the position applied for • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Responsible, disciplined, honest, and highly motivated • Detail-oriented and able to work according to company standards • Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets • Able to follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) • Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays • Well-groomed and professional appearance • Placement at West Point Hotel Bandung
