- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Management, or similar). - At leust 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing (preferably in the FO'B or Hospitality industry). - Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Indonesian). - In-depth understanding of social media management, including Instagram and Facebook. - Ability to build and maintain good relationships, especially with the local community and tourists, - Capability to develop creative promotional ideas and marketing campaigns. - Proficiency in analyzing marketing results and preparing relevant reports. - Willingness to work outside office hours as required for events or promotions. - Graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) are a plus. - A self starter with a target-oriented mindset, able to work independently or as part of a team.
