Job Descriptions: - Assist HR Team to create compelling visual communication design (poster, guideline, and/or video) for internal company purpose - Work with HR team to translate ideas to images, visual design & layout - Ensure projects are completed with high quality within timeline Job Requirements: - Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic software - Knowledge of video software is a plus (i.e: Adobe Premiere) - Good communication and collaboration Skills - Last semester university / diploma student. Willing to do internship for 3-6 months - Well organized and good attention to details - Detail oriented, able to work independently with good time management skills - Have a strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment - Committed to join for 3/6 months internship period - Do not have any class schedules or are free - Willing to work entirely from the office (WFO) - Willing to join ASAP
