HR Staff (Recruitment)

Job description:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, selection, scheduling interview agenda

• Conduct scoring and provide psychological tests to prospective employees

• Looking for candidates needed by the company through the job portal

• Make a recruitment report

• Carry out the BPJS registration process and deactivate BPJS

• Monitoring employee absences: tardiness, leave, EO, PH

• Perform administrative processes related to HR (employee database input, document checking, document filing, and others)

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 majoring in Psychology/HR Management/Law or equivalent

• Mastering psychological test tools and end-to-end interview processes

• Understand the flow of BPJS Health & Employment

• Communicative, conscientious and diligent, honest

• Understanding training & development programs is an added value

• Willing to be placed in Pondok Cabe – Tangerang Selatan
