HR Intern

The Jakarta Post is one of Indonesia’s most influential newspapers that provides content and services in line with its role as a leading media in the country and Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The Jakarta Post is currently looking for a Human Resource intern for a minimum of 3 months (Monday-Friday).

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment process for both full-time and internship opening(s).

2. Handle arrangements for new hires onboarding projects at the company.

3. Managing database for recruitment updates, as part of candidate engagement projects.

4. Support other interesting HR projects as suggested by the team and/or requested by the intern.

Requirements Job Requirements:

1. Students majoring in Psychology or Human Resources Management will be prioritized. Preferably in the last semester of study with no active classes; or students working on ongoing thesis work.

2. Has a keen interest in learning more about talent acquisition and other HR functions, especially in the media industry.

3. Able to work from the office from Mon-Fri.
