We are seeking a motivated and eager HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations & retention, and HR administration tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation activities for new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
Assist in handling basic employee relations matters and provide administrative support.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different aspects of HR.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing for the seamless handling of multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated initiative & creative thinking also adept problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
