HR intern (Employer Branding)

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Hybrid: Work 3-4 days in the office, with the remaining days as Work From Anywhere (WFA).

• Willing and able to commit to a 3-month internship program (January - March 2025).

• Domiciled in Bandung, with placement at Otista.

• Strong interest in the Human Resources (HR) field.

• Understanding of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, performance management, employee administration, employer branding, and employee engagement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Active on social media and capable of creating engaging content related to employer branding.

• Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a high level of initiative to complete tasks.

• Skilled in organizing events for employee bonding.

• Proficient in using office applications (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and social media platforms.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask when handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

• Support HR administration, including managing employee data and creating HR-related documents.

• Manage and create HR-related content on the company’s social media platforms to attract potential candidates and enhance employer branding.

• Support the organization of internal company events related to employee development or other HR activities.
