Responsibility - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees. - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations. - Manage employee benefits and compensation packages. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. - Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures. Requirements - Must be fluent in English & Mandarin in order to work with regional stakeholders including China. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company. - Strong knowledge of Indonesia labor laws and regulations. - Experience handling Visa applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in HR, employee relations, and performance management. - Experience in developing and delivering training programs. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
