Job Description: • Handling end-to-end recruitment • Managing employee documents such as employment contracts, attendance records, and leaves. • Create and update SOP, Job Description, Organization Structure • Providing training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities. • Evaluating employee performance, devising development plans, and providing feedback to improve employee performance. • Handling employee conflicts and issues in a professional and fair manner. • Promoting the company culture and creating a positive work climate to make employees feel comfortable and motivated in the workplace. • Possessing knowledge of HR policies and being able to provide advice and recommendations to management or other departments regarding HR matters. Requirements: • Fresh Graduate or have an experience in related area at least 1 years. • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology • Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment process, HR administrative and people development. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proactive, initiative and able to work independently. • Have the ability in the field of Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement • Understanding Performance Management System • Willing to mobile
