Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology

Interested in education field

Graduate from a State University or Private University with A accreditation

Minimum GPA: 3.00 for Bachelor's degree and 3.25 for Master's degree

Maximum 28 years old

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR training

Ability to design, organize, and evaluate training programs for teachers and non-teaching staff

Familiar with teacher professional development programs, teaching competency standards, and classroom best practices

Skilled in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and performance evaluation related to staff development

Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in education and staff development

Preferably have a TOEFL/ IELTS Certificate

Fluently speaking and writing in English

Have a good communication skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Willing to be placed at Bandung
