HRD (Human Resource Development)

Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, selection, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. • Conduct psychological assessments (psychological tests) for prospective employees. • Develop and implement HR SOPs in accordance with beauty clinic standards. • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations. • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance appraisals. • Handle HR administration and maintain positive employee relations. • Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with labor regulations. • Foster a positive, disciplined, and professional work environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field. • Maximum 35 years of age. • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRD, preferably in a beauty clinic, hospital, or spa. • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS, and HR administrative systems. • Experienced in handling internal employee conflicts while maintaining confidentiality. • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and possess high integrity.
