Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Psychology or another related field - Minimum of 1 year experience in HRGA (Fresh graduate are welcome) - Good administrative skills and is detail-oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel and Powerpoint) - Great in communication, leadership, and have a good analytical skill - Able to join as soon as possible is a big plus. Tasks & Responsibilities : - Input and update employee data in the HR system. - Manage employee documents (employment contracts, agreements, and employee files) - Manage employee attendance, leave, and permits. - Manage and document the procurement of goods and services. - Handle matters related to office facility maintenance (upkeep, cleanliness, and security).
