Responsibilities:
Manage all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, compensation, benefits, and employee development.
Ensure all HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company’s objectives.
Oversee general administration functions, including facilities management, procurement, and other support services.
Act as a strategic partner to department heads and other relevant stakeholders.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR and administrative operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the garment/manufacturing industry or similar sectors.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR-related issues.
Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders.
Proficient in using current HR technologies and systems.
