Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Position Requirements: - Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong attention to detail, discipline, and excellent communication skills. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must. - Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field. - Proficiency in English is preferred. - Previous experience in administration, general affairs (GA), or as a secretary is an advantage. - Experience in working with Multinational companies is a plus. - Ability to work in Jakarta, Gandaria 8 Office. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Board of Directors (BOD) in daily activities, including arrangements and settlements. - Assist with commuting arrangements and documentation for the team. - Coordinate board meetings and manage related administrative tasks. - Handle purchasing and asset management responsibilities. - Manage foreign worker documentation (KITAS, etc.). - Provide administrative support, including reports and documentation.
