QUALIFICATIONS: - Possess an ocupational Health and Safety (OHS) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia - Hold a minimum of bachelor's degree in any field - At least 1 year of experience as an HSE officer in the EPC industry (Fresh graduates welcome to apply) - Capable of creating work methods, reports, and regulations - Willing to be assigned to any project site accross indonesia JOB DESCRIPTION - Develop HIRADC and HSE programs for the project site - Create plans for implementing quality and HSE measures - Provide adequate first aid facilities at the project site - Manage Factors affeting occupational health at the site - Supervise and monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with OHS aspects - Ensure the implementation of company quality standards and K3 regulations at the project site - Conduct Daily toolbox meeting with technicians - Compile and submit regular reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
