Qualifications :
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Occupational
Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental
Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in a shipyard /
shipbuilding environment
• AK3 Umum certification required
• AGT (Authorized Gas Tester) certification preferred
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations, procedures,
and systems
• Familiar with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
• Good understanding of environmental regulations
• Good command of English, both written and
verbal
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
Job description :
• Conduct daily safety inspections and
toolbox meetings
• Monitor and enforce HSE compliance
on site
• Ensure proper PPE usage by all workers
• Investigate incidents and recommend
corrective actions
• Coordinate with supervisors,
contractors, and management on HSE
matters
