- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, codes, and best practices. - Certification in relevant HSE standards is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others. - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess potential risks. - Problem-solving skills to address HSE issues effectively. - Proficient in using HSE software and tools. - Provide HSE induction, HSE training and orientation to employees and contractors to enhance safety awareness and best practices. - Field checks for HSE compliance, conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations. - Construction support, Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for preventive measures. - Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and participate in HSE-related meetings and forums.
