- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Public Health (FKM), or a related field
- General K3 or Oil and Gas K3 certification at the Supervision Level
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role, including at least 2 years in offshore oil & gas facilities
- Familiar with SOLAS codes and ship/marine operations
- Proven experience in creating HSES plans, HSES procedures, and site instructions
- Willingness to be placed in offshore locations/projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
- Immediate availability preferred
- Must be domiciled in Indonesia
