Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office rules and regulations.

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including the job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process and assist department managers in integrating new employees.

  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and support performance management initiatives.

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and general office upkeep to ensure a smooth daily operation.

  • Provide general HR Support as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • The job position is required to work from the office/on-site for two days per week.

Compensations

  • Competitive compensation ranging from IDR 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 (gross).

  • Flexible part-time schedule.
