About the Role Responsible for supporting export and import operations by preparing and validating shipping documents, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements. Ensures timely customs clearance processes, accurate preparation of drafts, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and proper maintenance of export-import documentation to support smooth international logistics activities and compliance with customs regulations. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or other related majors. • Fluent in English (spoken & written). • PPJK Certification is preferred. • Minimum 1 year of experience related to Customs Clearance. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of CEISA 4.0 is preferred. • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
