Information Technology Project Manager

About the Role

As an Odoo Project Manager, you will oversee Mobile App, Website, and Odoo ERP projects, ensuring they stay on scope, schedule, and budget. You will be the key link between clients and the technical team, managing projects from start to finish. With strong communication skills and fluency in English, you will coordinate with both customers and management to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee digital projects (Mobile Apps, Websites, Odoo ERP), ensuring they meet scope, deadlines, and budget.

• Act as the main contact between clients and the development team, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.

• Guide and support Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Odoo Developers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively solve issues.

• Ensure high-quality project delivery that meets business needs and technical standards.

• Manage project resources efficiently, optimizing time and budget allocation.

• Report project status, challenges, and solutions to both clients and company management.

• Stay updated on Odoo best practices and digital project management trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, especially in ERP (Odoo), Mobile Apps, and Web Development.

• min 3 Years of similar experience

• Strong and experienced technical understanding of Odoo, Python, PostgreSQL, and API integrations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent in English, with strong reporting and client management skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset to handle challenges effectively.
