Intern for Legal Research

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct legal and regulatory research as part of the initial project preparation phase for clients. 2. Research and compile information on the necessary licenses and permits, including BPOM distribution permits, and other licenses for health- related products, as well as requirements for SNI and ISO certifications across various industries. 3. Help analyze regulations to guide clients on business compliance and market readiness. 4. Draft reports summarizing findings and preparing presentations that outline compliance requirements for clients. 5. Support the pitching process by preparing materials and minutes of meetings for meetings with potential clients. 6. Help monitor changes in regulations and business compliance requirements that may affect current or future projects. Job Requirements: 1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Law (preferably in the final year). 2. Strong interest in business law, regulatory compliance, and understanding of industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and consumer goods. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian. 4. Ability to conduct detailed research on Indonesian regulations 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 7. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. 8. Experience or knowledge in regulatory research, particularly in business licensing and certifications, is an advantage.
