Internal Audit ( Manager & Executive )

Job Summary :

a. Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

b. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.

c. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

-Well verse in Microsoft office (word,excel,powerpoint etc)

- Fluency in bahasa and English . Chinese will be advantageous.

- Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) Or equivalent

- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented and organized and problem-solving skills.

- Strong ethical standards and integrity.

-Willing to travel (80%)

-Experience in agriculture industry will be advantageous

-Experience :

Executive = 2-3 years,

Manager = 6 years

Responsibilities:

-Plan and execute audits in accordance with internal audit standards.

- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas requiring audit attention.

- Evaluate internal controls, processes, and procedures.

- Identify and document audit findings and recommendations.

- Present audit results to management and the audit committee.

- Monitor and follow up on audit recommendations.

- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and auditing standards.
